We (KB Cubed LLC) are implementing the following policy due to the small but significant number of folks holding small business owners hostage for abusive practices, we do this to remain in business and to continue serving our customers.

Our terms are as follows: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS FOR BUYER'S REMORSE, WRONG ITEM OR "JUST DON'T LIKE IT" . We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

All returns must be authorized by us with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by us. Returns without valid RMA may neither be accepted nor acknowledged by us.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping as well as any damage or loss sustained during transportation from their location to us. We recommend the buyer to adequately insure the return shipment.

Our Warranty Terms

All antennas by Ed Fong (DBJ and TBJ) come with lifetime warranty against defects - Customer must contact us in advance to seek authorization and pay return postage as per Ed's policy.

All radios carrying serial numbers come with one year warranty from defects either through us or our depot located in the US (as directed by our option). Compactenna antennas come with one year warranty against defects ONLY. All other items come with 90 day warranty against defects. We reserve the option to either repair or replace an item found defective with either new or refurbished unit.

All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If authorized, we may assess minimum of 20% restocking fee depending on received condition. Our decision will be sole and final.

Unless otherwise noted, Warranty is limited to the 50 US States and the District of Columbia.
