Payment Information

We accept major credit cards, Paypal and Venmo. We accept checks, contact us for address to send payments, we ship as soon as your check clears our bank. We do not accept cash and carry at this time - we will arrange pickup/meetup/delivery after payment is made for the order(s) placed.

Handling

Handling is done on a best effort basis. Our goal is to prepare bagged packages in 36 hours, boxed packages in 48 hours and tubed packages in 72 hours for dispatch to the shipper. Saturdays, Sundays and observed holidays excluded in handling goal. Expedited shipping does not imply expedited handling. If you have an order with deadline, please contact us for the best solution.

Shipping

Economy Tracked Shipping: Unless otherwise noted, our preferred (default) shipper is the United States Postal Service (USPS). We reserve the right to utilize hybrid UPS/USPS aka UPS SurePost. For those wanting us to use a specific service for their order, please use the shipping upgrade options available.

Antennas shipped in Tubes: For assembled antennas in PVC tubes our preferred (default) shipper is United Parcel Service (UPS) via weekday delivery. Packages are dispatched Monday through Friday excluding shipper holiday. If you have known issues with receiving packages from our preferred shipper, please let us know. We will ship via USPS Priority Mail for no additional shipping fee; however, be advised that USPS may take 21+ days to deliver your Priority Mail irregular oversize package.

All packages: If you have an alternate shipping address, please let us know. Please be advised that our policy is to ship to the verified address as determined by our payment processor. We are not responsible for shipper delivery issues. If the package is returned to us due to shipper delivery issue, you are responsible for all shipping fees for subsequent attempts. We reserve the option to refund your purchase price less shipping charge for attempt(s) we already made. Under no circumstances are we responsible for package(s) marked by the shipper as delivered. Under no circumstances are we responsible for packages redirected by the recipient or by the carrier. Our liability is limited to paid purchase price and shipping.

Geographic Shipping Limitations

At this time we are only able to ship Ed Fong Antennas to US States, Territories and addresses served by USPS. We now also ship Ed Fong bagged antennas to Canada (max weight 1.8kg, no PVC tubes) and select countries per our agreement with Ed. Ed Fong TBJ and assembled DBJ antennas may have additional geographic shipping limitations within USA. Please contact with us for details. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund purchase price if we are unable to ship your order.

Taxes and Duties

Buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes assessed by their jurisdiction. Any taxes we collect from the buyer have the jurisdiction clearly identified and sent to the taxing authority as documented on the invoice. This invoice shall be your proof that taxes were paid, which may or may not be creditable to your jurisdiction, please consult with your tax advisor. Under no circumstances will the seller be held responsible for orders withheld from the buyer due to unpaid duties or taxes. Please do not ask us to under report the value or obscure the nature/origin of products to avoid paying of taxes and duties.

Delivery

Our delivery area is limited and subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse delivery and revert to our shipper for any reason. We only deliver to verified address provided by our payment processor. Individual aged 18 or over must be present to accept delivery. If we are present at delivery address and no one is available to take delivery, we will declare failed delivery incident. We reserve the right to refund the buyer 100% for the current sale and block/cancel all future sales due to failed delivery incident.

Pickup/Meetup

Our meetup area is limited and subject to change at any time. Buyer must be at the agreed upon time and location to pick up their purchased item. We reserve the right to refund the buyer 100% for the current sale and block/cancel all future sales due to no-show at meetup.
