All returns must be authorized by us with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by us. Returns without valid RMA may neither be accepted nor acknowledged by us.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping as well as any damage or loss sustained during transportation from their location to us. We recommend the buyer to adequately insure the return shipment.

Additional Terms For DMR Radios

We will provide programming software for radios we sell free of charge via internet link for file download from our suppliers. We may charge up to $5.00 media fee to place the installed version programming software on CD/DVD removeable media and up to $10.00 media fee on USB flash drive. We make every effort to check for virus or malware on media we provide but ultimately buyer is responsible for keeping their equipment protected from any type of malware infection.

Manuals are provided online free of charge by the manufacturer. Buyer may also consult the various blogs, support groups and video platforms to learn about the many modes of operation and functionality of the unit. We are not responsible for content provided by others.

All programming including code plugs are considered intellectual property. Such items are NONRETURNABLE and NONREFUNDABLE. Unless otherwise contracted, code plugs are for personal use only. If code plugs you have purchased from us are shared with individuals outside your immediate household or uploaded to any public repository, we will consider it as theft of service and treat the conduct accordingly. Code plugs are provided on a best-effort basis based on public information and owner/operator feedback: If an error is detected or brought to our attention by the purchaser within 90 days of sale, we will apply corrections and send purchaser a revised copy via e-mail free of charge. We are not responsible for any issues arising from repeater-side issues including but not limited to: Repeater out of range due to distance or terrain; Repeater off-air; repeater off-line; private/unauthorized talk groups or time slots.

Code plug purchase does not include programming software installation or usage. As an optional service, we provide one-on-one phone support for installing programming software on your PC or programming your radio using the programming software at a rate of $50 per 20-minute period minimum duration.

Statement Regarding Firmware Update/Modification

From time to time the manufacturer may provide firmware updates to the radio. We generally do not encourage buyers to update their radio firmware. Please be advised that a radio disabled after firmware update (or "bricking") is always considered out-of-warranty service. We may assess a minimum $50.00 repair fee to revert the radio to its shipped configuration.

NOTE: Customers who attempt to bypass, modify, reverse engineer, hack or otherwise attempt to alter any radio purchased from us from its original specifications with the use of hardware or software mechanisms do so at their own risk. We will not warranty this radio if you attempt to alter it in any way.

Legal

We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately upon posting of the revised Agreement on our web site. Your continued use of our site constitutes agreement to any revision of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United States of America and by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Each of the parties irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New Jersey, as applicable, for any matter arising out of or relating to this Agreement, except that in actions seeking to enforce any order or any judgment of such federal or state courts located in “New Jersey”, such personal jurisdiction shall be nonexclusive.
